- Please bring your ID and insurance card.
- Billable to most insurances or $35 fee.
- Open to anyone age 3 and up.
- No pediatric or high dose vaccines available at flu clinics.
- Appointments preferred by calling (541) 382-4900. Walk-ins also welcome.
If you cannot make one of our flu clinic dates, talk to your Summit Health primary care provider about a flu shot.

Staying healthy is important for everyone. Join Summit Health for our 3rd annual Health & Wellness Expo promoting health education, prevention, and lifestyles.
Raffle prizes and giveaways will be presented throughout the event and the first 250 people through the door will receive a goodie bag.
